You won't find a menu quite like the one at The Moose Preserve
anywhere. With a zen-like focus on quality, freshness and innovation,
the results are original and un-chainlike. Enjoy favorites such as
Campfire Whitefish, Jack Daniels BBQ ribs, The Wild Thang, Buffaloaf,
or Certified Black Angus Steaks. No meal at The Moose Preserve would be
complete without our award-winning, made-from-scratch, cooked-to-order
Chocolate Chip cookies. These often imitated, never equaled cookies are
known far and wide to be just like Mom made (except unlike Mom, we let
you wash them down with an ice cold beer).
Along
with our regular menu, we have a variety of delicious and interesting
homemade daily specials, including three soups "made-from-scratch" that
morning, Venison chili (black bean kind), a selection of fresh fish and
pasta, along with our blue-plate Hearty Marty daily specials.
LOW-CARB
There
probably isn't another restaurant that you can find that is as Low-Carb
friendly as The Moose Preserve. To begin with, with our wide selection
of high quality, naturally lean wild game (e.g. buffalo, venison, duck)
combined with our certified black angus steaks, any of those items are
a great low-carb starting point (not to mention our fresh fish
options). We will also customize just about anything we serve to reduce
the carbs, upon request. Whether it is serving a burger bun-less, or
substituting fresh broccoli for potatoes, or serving sauces on the
side, we can most likely accommodate your request. We're in the
business of cooking and serving food the way our customers want it, so
let your server know what you're looking for, and we'll be able to get
it for you.

HEARTY
MARTY'S
Along
with our regular menu and daily specials, we have what have become
known as "Hearty Marty's". Named after our dearly departed Kitchen
Manager Marty (actually he's just working at another of our restaurants
right now). Hearty Marty's are our reliable daily blue-plate specials,
made fresh that day. Come early so you don't miss your favorite!
Monday - Pulled BBQ Beef Sandwich
Tuesday - Roasted Pork Loin & Free Chocolate Chip Cookie
Wednesday - Chicken Wellington
Thursday - Homemade Pot Roast
Friday - Cashew Chicken
Saturday - Prime Rib

WEEKEND
BRUNCH
In
addition to our regular menu and daily specials, on Saturdays and
Sundays from open until 3:00pm, we serve a delicious and interesting
ala carte brunch. With items such as Huevos Rancheros, Fresh Blueberry
Pancakes, Grand Marnier French Toast, and the infamous U.P. Scramble
(among others), you can enjoy a leisurely brunch, along with a Bloody
Moose; or simply have anything off our regular menu depending on your
mood.back

CHILDREN'S
MENU
We
offer a wide selection of menu items for children to enjoy. Rather than
have a separate, limited children's menu, ask for what you want, and
we'll be happy to make it. That way you're not stuck having to give
your child an adult menu item (if they don't want it or if it is too
big) yet they can select just about anything they want (e.g. chicken
tenders, grilled cheese, noodles, rice, vegetables, kiddie cocktails,
etc.) Just ask your server for what you want, and we'll be able to get
it for you.back
