 We're
able to accommodate many different banquet or party requests, ranging
from office parties to family get-togethers to birthday parties to
sports team dinners, and many more. Since each party or banquet is
always a little different, we provide a variety of different menu and
seating options, and pride ourselves on being flexible and
customer-oriented. Therefore, we will work very closely with whomever
is planning your banquet, party or event, to make sure you're happy and
satisfied with having it at The Moose Preserve. With that flexibility
in mind, here are some of the "typical" party and banquet menus that we
use on a regular basis, so that you can see the kinds of things we've
done in the past.
 BOOKING YOUR PARTY
Please
call us as far in advance as possible, as we can book up pretty
quickly. When you call, ask for either our General Manager, Ms. Lisa
O'Shea, or our Office Manager, Ms. Lori Terry. If they're not
available, then ask for the Shift Manager. Any of them will be able to
answer any questions you might have, and review with you the range of
options available for parties, banquets and large groups of people.
For
very large group functions, please keep in mind that our restaurant in
Troy, Camp Ticonderoga, is much larger and often able to accommodate
big group events. Camp is a 15 minute drive from The Moose (it is
located on Rochester Road between Square Lake Road and Long Lake Road)
and is situated overlooking the Sylvan Glen Golf Course. If you think
Camp Ticonderoga would be more likely able to suit your needs, then
